Totally incompetent. Failed to get medicines delivered at the time they said they would. Hold very few things in stock - better off walking to the Boots in town.

Takes forever to get an appointment as there are often 40 people ahead of you in the queue.You then have to give lots and lots of medical details to the receptionist which never seems to make its way to the doctor when you see him.Are some of the staff are incredibly condescendingPlay send the prescription to the attached pharmacy but as you have to wait an hour to get it, it is often better to get it sent to one closer to where you live as the pharmacy is small and you can overhear personal details very easily of other patients.I believe it is a case of too much administration and not enough medical care as there is no shortage of people in this clinic.

Rude and unhelpful, never have my medication. Couldn’t ring around as it’s not their job, however I’ve came out, had to walk 20 mins to collect my medication which is supposed to be ready. Broken pelvis and ribs, looking after my son too. I don’t drive and they didn’t have any other suggestions. No wonder I lost my temper! People are struggling as it is. Receptionist in Boughton Health Centre says it’s not their job to call around for my medication. Absolute joke. Finally they eventually did call somewhere - Waverton, taxi there and back. They were so lovely and caring, understood my disabilities and helped me getting me in the taxi and carrying my prescription. Said I can get free delivery with them next time and they put me in the system. 5 stars to them and highly recommend to use Waverton. I wouldn’t use this pharmacy again!!

I was waiting in front of the pharmacy, someone was already inside,there were two people queued behind me.When I wanted to get in one of these people quickly entered before me. Although the pharmacist saw everything, started to serve that person. The pharmacist simply ignored my complaint and continued the service. When I said it was not fair the pharmacist sharply replied OK".No

Been using this pharmacy for thirty years, here and at its original location. No complaints, always friendly and helpful. The preceding was penned some two years ago. How things change. This pharmacy is now understaffed, scruffy and well in need of some TLC. Boxes and general bric a bric litter the counter and reception area, the reception area is too small, five or six people squeeze in awaiting their orders, longish waits for your prescription are the norm and the unswept floor and tatty posters all give a rundown impression of the shop. When once there were three or four personnel working here, it appears now that only two work here who seem to be under great pressure. Five months after my second review, this this store is even more of a disaster. A 30 minute wait for a prescription ordered four days previously, hardly inspiring.

The amount of different staff that come and go is embarrassing. Everytime I go there there's another new staff member, usually rude and hardly knows what's what.Whomever is on charge needs to keep the same staff for more than a few days! It's an absolute mess
