Just home from my daughters 9th birthday party at Lush!! The staff were amazing and did a fantastic job of entertaining 10 x 9 year olds... (not easy at the best of times). There were lots of fun & games and testing products, the kids had a great time making bubble bars (it was very hands on and engaging). I would highly recommend a party at Lush..no matter what age you are. We all had a fab time, I can't wait to use my bubble bar. Thank you so much! x

Such friendly staff, popped in for the lush usual (bath bomb) Kay(I think it was) was so so friendly and really helpful when going through the choices, the lady on the till was amazing also such a lovely experience popping in after a stressful day at work!

Amazing experience yesterday. Had a few staff off and couldnt do the Halloween workshop but when asked if I could just the buy the gift bag for our 6 year old as it was clear they were short staffed after a lovely young lady gave her some demos in the shop, two other staff members (manager and assistant manager I think) went out of their way to completely make a fuss of our daughter. She was shown all the spooky stuff as well as Christmas stuff along with letting her try some lip scrubs, soaps and the shower jellies etc. Made our little girl so happy and was her favourite part of half term!

What a team! They're always so welcoming when you step into the store. Over the various lockdown they were fantastic in responding by offering a click and collect service. I even asked them to choose some surprise bath bombs for us and they were happy to oblige. It was great to be able to support the local store instead of ordering online.

The staff are always very friendly in here. Sometimes I don't get how passionate they are about bath bombs but that's not my issue. They are expensive but they smell amazing. I purchased a selection for my other half.

Went into Lush sometime last year, my daughter wanted to go in. A lovely man showed her some of the bathbombs in water and then gave her one as a free gift, she thought this was great! I also purchased the 'Angels on bare skin' face scrub, I can honestly say my skin has never been as good. After using it my skin feels lovely, it's calming for my skin, I will always now be buying this and having it as part of my skincare routine. So glad I discovered it!
