Salespeople would rather talk about their nights out than helping customers, I waited over 15minutes then I left and went to Richer sounds in Newcastle instead. Also got a great bargain. Everytime I'm at curry's staff seem to have no interest in people that pay their wages, a bit of customer training would help.

Great store for electrical appliances /computers etc, they do have a price match policy also that is worth checking out. Very competitive

Charge you for taking items back which are still under warranty. After lockdown I went to thier Cramlington branch to get my money back who said they get too many to mention complaints about thier Kingston Park branch. As a whole and after reading about PC world keeping hold of your credit card details I will not use this company again. Future customers please aware that this company have a poor customer help service. They have terrible covid prevention awareness too to what I witnessed on the first day of opening after lockdown. No sanitisation of products after being handled customers. Choice is yours.

Pretty good place but even with lots of staff, the line seemed to move really slow. They finally did open additional cashiers.
