Love service. The staff are friends and great and helpful. They arrange a time so that it's suits our availability. The staffs explain abouy any questions we have. The place is neat and tidy.

I have been a client here for many years. I have always received the best care and advice on any treatments I have received. The staff are all extremely friendly and attentive.

Why wouldn't you go to a Doctor (a professional) and have this sort of work done! I mean I have needles in my face! No way would I have a hairdresser or turn up at some pamper session ( a non professional & not insured) let someone just poke around my face, one wrong move and look like a stroke victim!I've been seeing Dr Alison Brooks for over five years now, I don't have that frozen look.Dr Brooks gives good advice and of course knows what she is doing with that needle.If anyone is thinking of having any non surgical cosmetic procedures done then I definitely recommend this clinic

I went to Mirabel for Lazer hair removal and couldn't be happier with the service. The staff are lovely and understanding to the point I actually miss going every month!I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I visited Dr Pippa for cheek fillers a week ago and couldn't be happier with the results. She is a lovely, friendly, honest person and I wouldn't hesitate to trust her again with my face. I'd had a pretty bad experience for my last (and first!) fillers and so was trying to take extra care when choosing someone else. Dr Pippa was the complete opposite to my previous experience. There was no pain whilst it was being done and no pain the next day, minimal swelling and bruising too. I said to her at the time, thank you for making that experience so positive for me! She also only put in 1 ml (0.5 ml each side) and said that was all I needed and that they would never put in more than 1 ml on each side for anyone. She said to wait another month and see how I felt if I wanted more. I was told I needed 4 mls the first time and was horrified with the results (and was told I might need more in my chin!) Dr Pippa does not try to upsell anything - she is completely honest and only has your best interests at heart. Please consider her for anything you might be thinking about doing, you won't regret it :)

I had some cryotherapy done, and am so very pleased with the results. Lovely team, lovely service.

I found this site by accident & was surprised & horrified to read the review left by Ms. Antoinette which I know to be totally incorrect & wholey irrelevant to the business & should be taken down. Anything that was said during her consultation with Dr. Brooks has obviously been taken out of context.Dr. Brooks was my NHS GP for several years & I am not exagerating when I say she set the wheels in motion that probably saved my life. Her caring, sympathetic & professional nature, ESPECIALLY relating to mental issues & illnesses no doubt helped many other patients too. She was well connected with all the agencies in Swindon (MIND, Lift Psycology, SWADS, Samaritans, AA etc.) & whenever her name was mentioned at these places there was nothing but praise, good words & respect for her. There are not enough words to thank Dr. Brooks for what she did during her time with the NHS. Chris Bowles
