Visited for some more D I Y products,was immediately served by the same member of staff as on my previous visits, this assistant should be given a pat on the back for outstanding service, a service that I wrongly thought was long time dead..Was very impressed as due to a recent major operation, I am unable to lift heavier items,he selected them for me and then carried them out to the car!!!..Thanks again..A very happy customer.

I bought a radiator and didn’t catch the name of staff but he was very helpful and professional! He loaded the radiator into my car and also helped me with some jointing compound! Credit to the team and I’d definitely recommend this store. Cheers

Over 24h and item still not available for collection, staff is unable to advise where is it nor allowed me to cancel it, wasted my fuel already twice and still no further info. In general very poor item descriptions on the web with many errors and lack of proper pictures, very disappointed.

All that you expect from a Screwfix store. If you know what you need then this is a much better option than the B&Q queue currently. I liked the click and collect process and the social distancing processes are very well maintained.

Bought a sliding chop saw and stand but I was grateful that the girl took it all to the side shutters and I just backed the car up..saved a lot of trips through the shop...good thinking by the EK team...
