At this particular branch I have been greeted with a pleasant smile and good service. The nice lady answered my questions positively and explained the product was on a buy two for £2 offer. They accept contactless. The food quality is good, I bought hot cross buns which were nice, not the best I've tasted but perfectly good. A decent bakery, comparable to other High Street Baker's but not any better.

To be quite frank, there are far better traditional cornish pasties in Cornwall. Sorry Warrens but yours are not up to the mark. I had just arrived in Penzance from London last Friday lunchtime and I was so looking forward to one of the meaty, peppery oggies I remember from visits past. What I got was a stodgy doughey pasty which was almost full of potato and just a bit of scrag. Cut my losses, binned it and went round the corner to Rowe's where I had something more authentic. Reportedly (according to my host) Warrens doesn't have the best reputation.

After arriving at the tip of the peninsular in early afternoon and very hungry, this place was the heavenly find I'd been hoping for. Giant, huge pasties and fresh bake pastries that a part Cornish girl relished after a long journey back to the SW. Team super friendly and love the romantic story of the founders veg farm and pastry business combining to create this food staple. I think pasties could be medieval or older but love this story, just as much as the delicious offerings.

These are my go to pasty's when I am visiting Cornwall. Good balance of Steak, Potato and Swede. Slightly moist and ever so slightly peppered. Get a medium pasty, hot drink and a bun for five pounds. A good bargain and very filling.

£2.25 for one bottle of coke !! - overpriced average tasting Cornish pasties . Dirty eating area outside .

Larger branch with a few tables inside to eat at. This branch had a good range of patisserie on display. Unfortunately we wanted a couple of mini pasties, but the store hadn't received a delivery on the day we went. Instead the lady serving suggested we chose another pastie and she would cut it in half for us. That was okay but of course it was also more expensive. As usual though the pastie was delicious. Warren's are still our favourite for pasties.

Lovely staff, great products, but seems to be a regular shortage of vegan options, I.E they’re always sold out! Great to see people are snapping them up though, perhaps go early if you want a vegan pasty.

I was already reluctant going into a chain within the home county of the pasty - and wow I have trusted my gut. The staff were rude - and very unhelpful in not pointing to me how I could have saved some money with a meal deal. It costs more to sit in - which is freezing with both doors open, really? - what year is it. Food? Incredibly average. Avoid.

Stale donuts - tasted like they’d been sat out for 2 days and were hard as rocks. And they were £3 each to boot! Avoid!! Gregg’s is better!
