Half machines dont work, had my clothes stuck in there 3 different times, no staff onsite and they are rude when they turn up. Machines are dirty and dont work propperly.

7 out of ten washing machines out of order, how can they run a business like this? I shall have to find a better launderette. Not good.

Tried to wash my clothes , machine had no water and wasted £4.00 for wash and 50p for washing powder that I never received waste of my time (1 hour ) and £4.50 cash for powder and wash which I never got and no signs on premesis to warn about lack of service

Under new ownership at least all the machine are working bought 3 new big machine but price is gone up too only for big ones though £1 extra now but at least it's new and much better

What a filthy launderettes!! Grime and rubbish everywhere. All driers were out of order except two. These places tarnish the reputation of Luton.

Its quietgood, the only thing lacking is a Laundrette sevice asistant or a Laundress ,my aunt was ,before she retired ,now shes unavailable because of illness in Bedfordshire care home ,most Lutonians remember one around the Dunstable Road área of Luton ,my parents normal took their service wash but others had a guy like the 'old west side Luton

Absolute rip off since new management took over! They've increased the time and cost it takes to dry clothes. You used to be able to dry a load for £1. Now the same load takes £4. Use other laundrettes please. Atleast your money will go further!
