Feel the comments below are unfair- this tailor has saved my wedding and it's a shame they didn't come up first when I googled local tailors in a hurry! After being turned down by a tailor down the road I ran in this morning with a wedding dress that due to delivery complications I only managed to get yesterday and I'm getting married on Wednesday, needed taking up but as it's a lace pattern bottom it's not as straightforward as simple hemming, so was fully prepared to be turned away at the door! Really professional, took a look at the dress and completely emphasised with me, was able to find a solution to bringing up and will have it turned around by tomorrow afternoon. Last minute taking up price is £40, which- as someone who works with costume designers in creative industries- that's a steal considering what I'm asking. Thank you so much!!

I highly recommend this business. The alterations and cleaning service I get from them are always perfect, and I think reasonably priced. During my visit last week, they managed my expectations in advance by saying that the end result of my alterations would look different, but there was really no need. All the repairs were perfect. Also they removed the stains from my clothes with no issues at all.

Wedding worst nightmare - Awful dry cleaners & incredibly rude & expensive. I sent my wedding dress in to be cleaned which was actually in really good condition, just one small dribble of food on the bottom front & makeup on the inside- so surely this was something the dry cleaners could sort with no problem right ? I was told the dress would be sent off to third party to make sure the dress had extra care & the price would be £45 ( bit pricey but because it was my expensive wedding dress flown over from Australia I was happy to pay it) I picked the dress up to find all of the marks still on the dress & an extra stain on the back of my dress. When I questioned if my dress had even been cleaned and why there was an extra stain on the back, the lady was extremely rude to me and told me i couldn't have a refund- it was apparently at my own risk of sending it in. Horrific- Do not use!
