Reg want's the money in your pocket, only looking to make a little extra on top of the trade price, meaning as a customer, we the customer will alway's have the smile on our face when buying from FloorMaster's, as Reg will alway's give the customer the best deal, and you know why. When you buy from this man Reg you are not just Business you are family. God bless you brother Reg, just had to have my say, to what is not only a credit to himself and the Business World, but also a credit to his Family and also his Family in Heaven Amen. I know that Reg want's every customer happy so that they return and do Business again with him, as you are not just a number, you become Family after one purchase. That is what make's Reg a terrific Business man, some customer's can get taken advantage of from store's over pricing, or out for a fast pound note in the Business World but not Reg. If you want flooring and you want to do Business and leave happy then deal with Reg at Floormaster's. Even if it mean's you have to drive ten hour's to Reg, it will be worth the effort as Reg will move mountain's to make sure you are happy as his and Floormaster's Customer. After completion of the sale you will both be happy. One of the best men Human Being's, Business Owner's you could ever wish to meet is Reg, his fair on price, for fitting and labour and he won't have your pant's down, which alot of Company's try doing. Good service reasonable prices.Regi is a gentleman.Laminate flooring was fitted by a tradesman who was very tidy and I cannot fault the quality of his workmanship. I snag projects for a living and would recommend floormasters to anyone.

Floormasters have supplied and fitted my whole house, 5 rooms,2 flights of stairs and landings,2 bathrooms and hallway. They did an excellent job at a very good price and they disposed of the old flooring. Highly recommendedD

Brilliant experience with Floormasters. Used them twice now for two properties and would definitely use again. The wooden floors look amazing and funky carpet on the stairs looks fantastic. Very hard wearing too. Will definitely use again in the future.

He understood exactly what I was looking for and found me the perfect carpet and within my budget. Everything was like clockwork, completed at fairly short notice, and as you can see from the photos, to the highest standard. Good stock. But bad people skills. Was quite rude. Initially said would not be allowed to return an unused product because we have to order it in for you" however we ended up buying something already in stock and still said we would not be allowed to return even if unused"

Great experience with this shop.Fantastic range of carpets.Reasonably priced with knowledgeable and helpful staff.I had my bedroom carpets replaced and the fitters were on-time, polite and very tidy.
