Home Legends are amazing. Darren and his team are very efficient and provide a great service. We get regular garden maintenance and couldn’t be happier. After an encouraging visit in June, which resulted in a reasonably-priced quote for our garden, it all went a bit downhill. We were given a rough date in July , which was postponed to August, then that was put back again to the 1st September.We then received a message the day before work was due to begin that the 1st Sept was no longer possible. There was no apology and no reply when we requested a new date.So overall, the last three months has been a complete waste of time. We understand how busy gardeners get, especially in the summer, but If they couldn't do the work then they really shouldn't have accepted the job and we could have found someone else to do it. Back to square one, I guess.Note: All correspondence was with my partner, Claire, hence why they have no record of my name.

Over the summer holiday i was away.I got an email from Home legends saying that a service has been carried on in my garden!When I asked how did he send the gardener and I did not request him! He replied that he came but found no one at the property and so he decided to do the hedge without even getting back to me.Although I found that was totally absurd I paid.When I came back after 2 months I found the hedge like the photo attached.When I asked my neighbors gardener he said noway this is a two month grown hedge its definitely more than that!!!!When I addressed that to Darren he did not respond to my email!

I use Home Legends Services for home cleaning. I have had several different cleaners, over time and have found them all to be polite, efficient and thorough. I needed my gutters cleaned because I had some large weeds growing out of them. Home Legends had good reviews so I gave them a try. Darren gave me a good quote over the phone which I accepted and they have done an absolutely excellent job.
