Shoddy workmanship throughout the whole job- Mark lied to my mother about being sent the wrong bath panel ( can see saw marks from him cutting it to short )- Has applied sealant horribly ( as if didn’t care what it looks like)- Not able to use the bath as it leaks because he has installed the bath plug incorrectly-Has left a massive gap in-between pipe boxing and bath- Mark has chipped the bath panel trying to fit it inOverall shoddy work i am really disappointed as I could have carried out the work to a higher standard if I would have known this was going to be the end result
