This is my family church ... My parents were married here and I was christened here. I have loved ones resting in the very peaceful cemetery. The village holds lots of wonderful memories as my father was born at Minnowmeads and my maternal grandmother was heavily involved in village life throughout her retirement years. I try to visit at least once every year and find everyone connected to the village so very welcoming and friendly

Great Waltham Church is quite magnificent. A very large imposing building on a grand scale. Beautiful windows. An extensive well maintained graveyard. Nice tree-lined walkway. Surrounded by fields. Toilet facilities. Parking in the road adjacent to the site.
