Absolutely love this place. Tried many different Reflexologists & instantly got a feel for this place. Claire is so friendly & calming. Always leave feeling totally relaxed & centred. Would recommend to everyone.

Was suffering with severe pain and limited movement in my left hip. Was recommended to try reflexology and visited Claire. After one session the results within 24 hours were amazing, no more pain and incredible flexibility again. Claire was really professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to see. Highly recommend!

I attended Plymstock Reflexology after recently losing my mum. I knew my body and mental health needed a boost.I found the room very comfortable and relaxing. The reflexology itself was lovely. I do feel it gave me a lift and the popping I was experiencing in my ear has definitely eased.I will be going back ☺️

Claire has been a 'Gold Mine find'.I have had many sessions of reflexology over the years, but Claire's technique is point perfect.Claire is thorough, friendly, professional and above all else, she is exceptional at her job and 'knows her stuff'.I feel wonderful post-reflexology sessions.Totally recommend a visit to her.Thank you ClaireBWJudy Wild x
