We have ordered a few custom made radiator covers from Jali and have found the process easy and hassle free. Good website that allows you to visualise the product you're wanting, highly recommended, parts were delivered on time and very easy to install the units. Couldn't have been easier and our Client was extremely happy with the results

Living in a bungalow normally means that storage space is in short supply. We decided to increase our storage by installing floor to ceiling slide robes. Having previously used Jali in the past we used the Jali on line CAD system to design our Space Saver shelving to maximise what space we had. We decided to upgrade our new storage shelving to included a top coat of white finish paint to blend in with the slide robes. We were very impressed with Jalis attention to detail with the way the shelving was packaged, it was first rate. The delivery guys were on time and also very helpful and careful.

Initially ordered a TV unit and was so impressed that I ordered a further three bookcases and a screen. The quality of construction, finish and style is first class - would thoroughly recommend Jali.

It was very easy to design the desk I wanted on their website - it did take a lot of measuring and playing around with the design, but it had the benefit of coming out much cheaper than buying a standard flat pack desk from a shop, and I was able to add holes for my cables to go through the desk which turned out to be so helpful for tidy cables.The wood is also high quality and the edging didn't start coming away like another company I used before.

Brilliant service and quality for a very reasonable price.I ordered 10 alcove shelves to fit either side of a chimney breast (5 each side). They were slightly different measurements on either side so awkward to fit anything that wasn’t bespoke without gaps.They took a little longer than initially expected but this was communicated clearly. They fit brilliantly and everything was packed and delivered perfectly. They were easy to put up and the quality seems excellent. I’ll definitely be back to order more to make the best use of awkward spaces.

Excellent customer service.I received the pelmets in the timescale promised. Easy to paint to match my room decor and put up.Extremely pleased. Highly recommended!

We ordered some doors for our new bathroom vanity unit. The website functionality to design the doors, including the fretwork, was great - and they arrived precisely as per spec, within the delivery schedule. Overall excellent service from Jali, and the doors look very nice (our builder was very impressed!). The only thing to be aware of is that, if you’re trying to match the colours with other paintwork, it might not be 100%, depending on the paint supplier and mix. Ultimately that wasn’t a problem for us, and we’re very happy with our final product

From start to finish the process using Jali was great. The easy online design tool allowed me to design my bespoke shelving exactly as I wanted it and I was very pleased with the final product. The quality was great and it was easy to assemble. Highly recommended if you're looking for bespoke shelving.

An Excellent Product from a Company with Great Customer Services.I ordered a self designed bookcase from the great folks at Jali. The website has a really easy to use design page with many options for size, style, colour etc and, if you’ve got any questions, their customer services are great. Communication with Jali is easy. As mentioned in other testimonials, it’s not the cheapest ‘flat pack’ furniture; however, it is quality. The instructions were easy to understand and it was easy to build - this one needed help as it weighs 300kg! My only - very minor - complaint is that, if anything it’s TOO WELL made: putting the shelves together (I have 5 bookshelves attached by bolts) required EXACTLY placing the shelves together for the screw to meet the bolt. I made the pilot hole 1mm wider; after that it was easy.This is a great bit of furniture and I expect it to last longer than I do! I’m already planning my next bit of Jali furniture!
