I needed a car for my mother, who recently had an accident. I was in contact with Mason. He was helpful and professional on the phone. I found a car on auto trader and paid deposit towards it. I was coming to pick the car up from London, it was a long drive. When I arrived with my mother the car was damaged, so I was extremely disappointed. Apparently it was damaged when the car went for service. Mason offered to refund deposit and apologised for inconvenience.James took over to issue refund, he was sad that we traveled so far and will be leaving with nothing, so he showed us what was available. There were few cars, one car in particular my mother liked, so we bought it at the end.We were well looked after in the office. Refreshments were available. I think all cars come with 3 month warranty. Mason and James done everything they could, so we won’t leave disappointed.I definitely would recommend MWF Motors.

Cant doubt a single thing with this company. Bought my first car from them at a very reasonable price! Nothing wrong at all with the car and i definitely hadn’t found a better car for the price range i was looking into. I definitely will be visiting again in the future.

Found the perfect car for my son. Excellent customer service throughout even though there were a few delays, no fault of theirs.They swiftly sorted everything out and kept in touch at each stage. Highly recommend!
