I honestly could not recommend Two Birds Fitness enough. Danny and the team are so encouraging and provide excellent feedback during the sessions. Great tunes, great people and a great community. Best gym in Glasgow!

Two Birds Fitness
I joined Two Birds just over 3 years ago & I’ve never looked back. My fitness & strength has never been better. The coaches push you to be better, to learn new things and the whole community spirit Danny & the guys have created in the gym is incredible. It’s my safe space, where I spend most of my week and where I’ve built such a solid group of friends!! A gym like no other!

Two Birds Fitness
The difference I feel in my fitness and general health after a block and a half of sessions with Danny is unbelievable. Danny and the team at Two Birds Fitness create the perfect environment to push yourself to levels you thought you could never reach before. Excellent atmosphere in the gym, great facilities/equipment, and the tunes are also banging! Could not recommend Two Birds Fitness more highly!

Two Birds is an amazing gym with a great community. Danny and the team are so kind, welcoming and encouraging. The small group personal training sessions are excellent to develop confidence in strength training with knowledgeable coaches keeping you right. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I joined Two Birds a few months ago and am so glad I did! All the coaches and members are great and so supportive. The focus sessions are brilliant especially if there’s things you need a bit of guidance and help with and I’ve learned loads of new things already. Couldn’t recommend the gym enough!

If you’re looking for a safe, fun, supportive and coffee fuelled gym, Two Birds is for you.I joined about 6 months ago after a long gym hiatus, thanks to covid. I was lacking in fitness and confidence, and searching for a safe space to rebuild myself. Danny and his team have been so supportive and encouraging, ensuring I leave every session with a huge smile and sense of achievement.Two Birds is a really special place. I’d encourage anyone in search of gym providing structured training to give it a try.

Before I joined Two Birds I was a lone wolf when it came to training, but now I can't imagine not training with the fellow members who have become my friends, and the incredible team of coaches. Two Birds Fitness
I highly recommend Two Birds Fitness, specially to those like me who feel intimidated and overwhelmed by standard gym environments. Two Birds team is super friendly and makes you feel at ease and included since your first visit. They are very knowledgeable and supportive and they help you become stronger and more confident without needing to shout at you (like I have experienced in other places). The space is community oriented and they also offer yoga classes and organise social events. The group sessions can be hard, but the team energy help you get through it. I never felt that there's competition or judgment. You can take your own pace. I have been going there since September last year and I have seen huge improvement in my physical conditioning and mental health. I have a tendency to be lazy and skip working out, but since finding Two Birds I look forward to my exercise sessions and I feel so energised and positive after being there. Wish I had more spare time to work out more often with them. Definitely, best fitness venue in Glasgow.
