I ordered food from there and they gave me a cold, peppered prawns straight from the fridge and deliver to me. It was disgusting and cold and the sweet potato chips, taste so damp. It was meant to be crispy. That’s how you meant to have sweet potato chips. It tasted old is well the food was disgusted from there

Absolutely terrible customer service. 2- 3 hours wait for a meal.Claiming to be delivering on the just eat app. But they send there own delivery driver with 15 deliveries of food. It saves then lots of money and leaves customers with no food. Great service # not.3 times this has happend, highly NOT recommend.Typical for harlesden I suppose. KMT

A caribbean restaurant that is ALWAYS well stocked (actually has what is on the menu), has FRIENDLY STAFF, and an option to eat in! The food is soo delicious, I have been going for years and have yet to have a bad dish! the Red Pea Soup is the BEST. A. taste of the island for sure!

Indeed a friendly and nice place to have a true test of the Caribbean delicacies.As a true fan of Guinness, they also had the Nigerian Guinness( always to be taken straight from the bottle) impressive. Instead of getting a personal meal, we were advised to get the platter and it was amazing(good service). A place to visit and testify. ( thanks for the rum cake also) I got a slice.

This food from this place used to be so good but that standard has fallen.Ordered through Just Eat as usual but Jerk pork no longer an option on the online menu... That's a bummer because it used to be really good.Got the Oxtail set with additional plantain, arrived within 30 mins but the quality was noticeably low.The meat was low quality and boney, hardly any meat on the bone.. The plantains were under-ripe and dry.Has the ownership/chef changed?Hopefully they can make a comeback to their well established service.

Great food, great ambience and great customer service.I went for Sunday lunch with three generations of my family today and we all had an excellent experience. We are Caribbean/ Jamaican descent and our opinions on food can vary a lot however, One Stop is the real deal. The portions sizes are impressive and so is the presentation.We had a wide variety of dishes on the menu and can honestly say it was all delicious.It is definitely worth mentioning the layout of the restaurant is well thought-out. There is a Separate area for those dining in, another area for takeaways and a place for deliveries. None of which interfere with each other. A great blueprint for any restaurant.Five very happy customers.

I have eaten here many times. The chicken soup is delicious, this time I had it with Cabbage Dumpling which definitely hit the spot during this cold weather.Good prices, affordable and tasty food.

The food is great, however the organisation and service are an absolute mess.You come to the restaurant, no one greet you to take your order, I had to ask, then after waiting for 15min+ I asked about my order and it was right there on the table for a while.If your business can't handle the demand either increase your staff capacity or restructure the way you handle customers and orders!

Ordered over 50 quids worth of food from here which would be the last order I make from this place.The oxtail is swimming in grease which had to be drained offThe curry mutton was again full of grease pictures provided.Rice and peas was 100% bottom of the pot burnt and dry.Plantains like bike tyreThe only 14£ dish that was passable would have to be the curry chicken other than that the other dishes were a total waste of money and for this place to be “serving Caribbean food” is a disrespect without a doubt the chef should call it a day and pick another hobby.SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND GET YOURSELF A CHINESE OR A THAI CANT GO WRONG.
