I do dislike vw group for abominations like Audi, but that's what keeps mechanics working, TPS will never go out of business as they supplying parts for most unreliable cars ever produced. Nice service though and prices are better for same genuine parts thank in Audi/vw/Skoda dealership

Been using tps for years and years now, they are always friendly and polite. Never had any major issues. The odd damaged part in transit but it gets rectified straight away.
