RAINBOW Chinese Takeaway

Photo doesn’t do it justice but I’m soooo fussy when it comes to food. But this Chinese was beautiful and really up to standard, chicken balls were cooked to perfection, service was amazing (my partner says they were lovely) so over all a 10/10 experience!

8 boxes costed 37 pounds.We family of 3 can only costume half of that. Good taste and truly recommend it.

Just had my food, well I say food. The egg in the fried rice was chewy. The rice was dry too. Other meal was a beef curry. Not sure what the meat was but very chewy and felt a bit jellyfied. Threw both meals away and cooking cheese on toast. Food so bad forgot to mention it took an hour and a half to arrive. Wouldn't have given it one star if had the choice

Absolutely terrible food, completely disgusting- absolutely do NOT order from here, made me physically sick, only reason anyone should ever go in there is too ask for directions too a decent Chinese!

Just ordered crispy chicken balls and salt and pepper chicken. Inedible not crispy dry chicken balls and the salt and pepper chicken smells funny the lot in the bin

To all just eat customer please be advised that should you have a problem with any of the parteners that use just eat to sell their food you will have no recourse whatso ever. The meal in question was absolutely not fit to eat as we opened the main dish the smell was stagnant water like a mop bucket that's been left full. It was dry and absolutely not fresh. The other dish was also smelly and the meat in it was like shoe leather my husband picked a piece out and tapped it on the work surface. This food was rancid and the restaurant should be inspected. We immediately threw the food in the bin.Just eats response isI'm sorry you weren't happy with the food in your recent order.All of our Restaurant Partners have their own recipes and cook in an individual style, so the taste, smell, and portion size of a dish can vary depending on where you order it. Missing 1 portion chips and 1 portion chicken balls. Reported to Just eat. Girl on phone had bad attitude. I never order from here again

This restaurant is frequently late with its deliveries but tonight it's been two hours since I placed my order, with a 1hr ETA, and no delivery has arrived.Because I used a food ordering website I have no recourse for a refund and they won't answer the phone.I'm *never* using them again and I would warn all others to avoid.UPDATE: the order arrived 90 minutes late however we had made altermative arrangements so refused delivery.I tried calling the Rainbow numerous times to check on or cancel the order but the number was constantly engaged.So I say again - AVOID!!I will be calling the restaurant tomorrow to demand a refund.

Placed my order at 17:30 for an 20:15 delivery, that's over 2 and half hours they had to cook the food and get it sent to me and they still managed to be half hour late! Nothing amazing, avoid the chips
