Bunch of liars. I specifically wrote to them on their live chat asking about stock availability on an item. The person just said Yes we have stock" then cut off the chat. Placed the order immediately on the site. Then get an email later saying they do not have stock. Complete waste of time and now do not reply to emails asking for a refund. COMPLETE CON COMPANY. PLEASE AVOID.REPLY TO YOUR REPLY: Nice try at trying to make it sound like I'm the bad guy here but basically you were happy to take money from someone without actually having the stock. I stand by everything I said and the fact that you have put more effort into this reply for your reputation rather than actually deliver on your service speaks volumes about you and your company."

Probably one of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Place an order for an item on their website as it was in stock. According to the website, it should have taken 1-2 days for delivery for which I was happy to pay for.Received an email 7 hours later to say that my order has been dispatched. Happy days! : )2 days later. No stock arrival. Call them up. Their words: Sorry

Very, very disappointed with the service. Toner arrived poor quality, it was impossible to use it. Our business, had to completely stop for few days. We were lucky to send tonner back via signed for mail service, glad we had evidence of delivery. It took them almost a month to refund for our order, we had to email and phone them constantly. Eventually we received refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid if you can.

Customer service - what customer service?I have sent several emails about my complaint of a faulty product. Phoned twice and was promised a response, but nothing.If you want to take a risk then use these people, but if things go wrong, your on your own.Quick to take your order, but don't hold your breath for a response from customer service.My recommendation - use refreshcartridges.co.ukUPDATE:The company did eventually resolve the problem and supplied a new set of cartridges, but it took a long time and they still needed further prompts before it actually happened.

The manager at Barnet store acted like a hoodlum! I inserted a black cartridge I bought from the Barnet store into my printer and had streaking on the page. I carried out the resolution instructions Ink n Toner give but saw no improvement. I called the store, explained, and they asked me to go there so they can replace it. They said this sometimes happens. I went and they weighed the cartridge and told me it was empty. I expected them to replace it. Instead, they refused to accept they sold me an empty one and suggested various excuses blaming me. I happened to take with me the original Canon toner that came with the printer, which I removed just before I inserted their one. I don’t have any other toners in my home, I could not have replaced it and forgotten, which was 1 of the suggestions by the manager. He refused to accept and said “we’re done here, leave”. I've never had such bad service before, anywhere. I will go out of my way to tell as many people as possible to AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I'm sure I will get a generic smart *** blah blah blah response from this company about this review but I feel that customers need to know that this company have no customer service at all and try keeping a hold of money that belongs to the consumer.I made a mistake and ordered the wrong ink for my home printer. I was disappointed that I had to pay for the return out of my own pocket, but it was after all my own mistake.When I contacted the company to discuss returning, I got a smart *** reply about what it was I expected to have received....... Come on! Accept the customer wishes to return and that is that! The customer service is non existent.I reluctantly sent the item back by courier at my own expense. I received a Tracking Code and was notified by PHOTO and GPS navigation that it had been received IN STORE......the company deny having received my return!! I've provided proof and still haven't received any refund.I've opened up a case against them via PayPal and awaiting the outcome.WISH I had read the reviews on Google about this company.....lesson learned!In reply...... Just as I expected! You denied receiving the return. You are lying and I can prove it, but I'm not going to carry on in such a childish manner like you are doing when you reply to negative consumer reviews. I shall leave the reviews speak for themselves.

1st order with them and will be my last, I understand the current situation but the lack of communication after your money is taken is terrible, cant comment on the items I ordered as they are still not here and no one seems to want to give me any tracking information, after several emails and attempts to call,UPDATE, Finally got some customer service from here and the items had been lost in transit! spoke with the Director who was courteous and did what was promised in chasing up the order and resolved the issue,

SCAMMERS, take your order and payment but don't despatch the goods. You then get an email saying your order has been delayed by a week or two. Once that date passes you have to contact them again. Even when you cancel the order they don't refund you. You've then got to chase for the refund.
