Had a number of issues with my old (15 years+) laptop. ComputerPro sold me a much more modern laptop at an extremely good price and exceeded my expectations in transferring everything over. Had another problem a few weeks later with hacking and that was solved very quickly as well. The final bill was less than I had been expecting, so overall, I was extremely pleased with work done.

It gives me great peace of mind to know that although we no longer have a village shop in Kirtlington, and only a stripped-down bus service now, we still have these highly proficient experts on hand to sort out our IT issues with alacrity and good humour!

The guys have sorted out our computer issues, on and off for a few years now. Most recently I needed some photos taken off some old pcs and laptops and they downloaded them onto an external hard drive. Simon is lovely: knowledgeable and helpful without making me feel like a computer dunce, and their services are very reasonably priced. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you

they were excellent the young man explained everything to me and iwasn't rushed. the transfer of information from the old computer to the new one was done brilliantly .It was the first time i used them , and will be doing so again very efficient polite staff.

This was a tough problem to deal with I think. On pressing the start button, the computer did not respond. and I thought it had had ceased to start up. Actually it was starting but with blank screens! After a first fix the computer reverted to its blank screen mode, and Matt had to have another go. The second fix is still working and I hope it won't happen again. I don't really understand why the computer did this in the first place. But I think it needed a lot of expertise to diagnose and fix it.

ComputerPro came to our assistance to undertake a survey of professional practice. They were outstanding. They converted our draft questionnaire into a Google Survey within an hour or so and set up the procedures for collecting and analysing responses. They were totally professional and efficient. I was having issues with my laptop, it had become very clunky and slow so I spoke with Matt who arranged to pick it up at the last Business Buzz networking event in Bicester, it turned out to be a simple fix and I collected it at my convenience the next day. I was super impressed with the turnaround and advice I was given. It's difficult to know who to trust with tech when you have no clue about it. I would highly recommend the team at Computer Pro who are highly professional & experienced.
