I have been a tenant in a rented property managed by Exeter Property for over a year now and I can honestly say they're the best I've experienced.The initial process of viewing the flat and setting up the agreement was a breeze and ever since they have been great.Any issues I have had regarding appliances have been fixed within a timely fashion, any and all communication has been responded to quickly and when I've had an issue myself with payment they were courteous and understood that mistakes happen.They are always in communication regarding anything happening in the building or any works and surveys needed and give ample notice.Compared to my previous private let it's a breath of fresh air.The team are always polite and efficient and I honestly can't fault them.More than Happy to have them managing the property where I live.Also thank you to the team for all their help and communication since I've been a tenant.

I have had the loveliest time renting from Exeter Property. They have been so communicative, quick to respond to emails and help with any queries I have had, and have always been very friendly. I would definitely recommend Exeter Property. The staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. They made a very good impression on me as nothing was too much trouble and I always received a prompt reply when I had a query. I thought the Welcome pack which was full of useful treats was a lovely heartfelt gesture and felt very personal.

I have been renting a really great house through Exeter Property for almost 4 years. I met Ruth at the very start of the tenancy, who made the whole process easy, stress free and welcoming.
