Returned item not wanted no problem, helpful staff.

I've never been here before as its a bit out of the way but had to return an item for a replacement, the staff were excellent, the lady I dealt with Sophie' was very professional and very accommodating resolving the issue really quickly and without hassle a definite credit to this store, overall good experience not a store I would normally visit but I would again after the excellent service, easy 5 stars.

I went to Argos looking for a particular item and I walked in and immediately started to look for my favourite person to serve me ,His name is a Ernie. This man is probably the one and only sales person I could ever truth to tell you everything and anything on items for a home need item .He's brilliant. He is based at the Hartlepool store .Highly recommend him .I'm sure there are others capable to serve But not as God as he is . This man has worked there for many years and it shows.Well done Argos for keeping him going.If he goes I would go elsewhere to shop .See you on my next visit Ernie.OO and the fridge is perfect.

We had order some goods, got a text to say it was ready to pick up, popped over, gave them the code. They got us the goods. Fastest service we have ever had. Staff, polite and friendly, couldn't have been more helpful.

Easy to park and no big queues. Helpful assistants.

Helpful Staff, Clean Store with a nice environment, great parking and close to many good stores you may also want to visit. In store they have a small Clearance section with the items displayed, from a £5 lampshade, a £15 Table, garden furniture and more. There's also sale items sold very cheap because they have a minor defect, I diddnt note the price (maybe £10) for a dining set of 4x Plates/Bowls/cutlery and Cups, However 1 cup was missing, and other assorted items.I went to collect my ordered but stayed as I had some questions and to have a browse on their digital catalogue, collection was simple, I just gave them a number I was text (if your number isn't saved it's displayed just after checkout and I'm assuming it's also in the My Orders" section of the website.Ordering in-Store is Simple and the Digital Catalogue is quite smart with quick loading times
