Nina is incredible!I went to a random brow bar 6 years ago and they hacked off half of my eyebrows. I’ve been growing them ever since but they were never the same. I gave up.I’ve been 3 times to Nina and I have the thickest and neatest brows I’ve ever had.I’m over the moon

My partner loves going to Illusion Hair and Beauty. I am forever taking her there on request. Nina the owner is always really engaging with me also. The staff are so friendly and always offering me tea and coffee. My partner always comes out really happy... i would highly recommend

Didn’t even get my nails done. After waiting 50 minutes to even be spoken to by Nina, I was told she can’t do my nails because of broken skin due to allergies. I fully understand this can be a problem, but a normal clean manicure could have been offered, as well as an apology for waiting! This is disrespectful and I am definitely not returning. They can keep my £1 deposit. I’d rather not have to deal with ever again.

Appointment booked by lady with long dark hair for 11.30 Saturday morning (for my 50th birthday celebrations). Arrived Saturday 11.20. The same lady who booked my appointment was very abrupt with me and told me to sit and wait as I stood up to hang my coat. Jessica the stylist had her hands full with 2 clients doing a full head colour on one and highlights on the other. It got to 11.50 and I asked if it would be helpful if I came back. I would have been waiting a long time longer otherwise . Jessica was apologetic and grateful. I don't understand why I was given an appointment that collided with 2 other people and no explanation or apology from the lady who did it. I didn't return as I ran out of time and ended up doing my own hair :(. Needless to say I won't be back and I hope this lady doesn't make the same error in future. Its not fair on customers or the stylist

This Salon is the best. I come here every month to get my nails and hair done. Always welcoming and professional with a wide range of expertise and knowledge. Highly recommended!

Feeling revived after another trip to Illusion. Brows are looking great, waxing was so quick and efficient and put the world to rights with Nina who is always so friendly. So glad to have this place on my doorstep, Nicola

Was anxious about trying a new hairdresser today. It was very busy and thought it might be rushed. I was so happy with the service I was given. Jessica was amazing! Even though she was rushed off her feet she took the time to discuss hairstyle ideas, coloured my hair and helped to show me how to style my hair the way she did. Was amazing service from the minute I walked in to leaving! I love my new hairstyle. Definitely found my new and future hairdresser. Thank you so much!

I regularly use this salon. The staff are all lovely and the salon has a nice relaxed atmosphere. I'm always happy with my cut and colour and I don't have to wait long to get a Saturday appointment. I would definitely recommend.
