The Car Wash Company Kingston Upon Thames (The Bentall Centre)

I popped in today on a quite Tuesday afternoon and wanted my car washed just on the outside. The guy said the price had gone up from £10 to £22. I was shocked and asked again if £22 is the price for washing just the outside. He confirmed that price of a car wash is now £22. I’ve been a regular customer for years but will never use this greedy company again.

I paid £35 for an inside and outside wash. Mud splatters were left outside and the inside had not even been hoovered. Dust remained all over the interior and seats&carpet covered in crumbs.I send an email to them the day of the ‘wash’ (2nd of August) with photos and have still not received a response.Don’t waste your money, go somewhere cheaper for a far better job.

I took the car on Friday for an inside and outside cleaning. they charged me 39£ when I found out they didn't clean it properly, basically it was bad and they also scratched/damaged the silver interior of the car. Very upset and frustrated. I would like to make a formal complaint to avoid it happens again

Paid £35 including tip. My car is only a few weeks old but with 3 kids and a small dog... I was asked to check the car over when I collected it but I said no, stupid me. What a waste of money. The back seats, dash and so much more were not touched. I think the only thing they did inside was vacuum. Never again.

The worst car wash i have ever received, should have checked reviews before using there services. Paid £40 for a £10 job, car is still filthy and was not cleaned inside correctly if not at all !Upgraded to a better package as advised to be left with a service barely worth a £10, ive had £5 machine car washes better then these guys….Con men !!!Please if you do use this service check your car before, hard as it is in a dark car park but double check and pay what you think its worth.

Am I the lucky one that always happy with their service? Why the score is so low.I actually forgot where it was after first time happy car wash.They are the one who detached our baby seats and clean the interior throughoutly with a reasonable price. You don’t need to wait, as there are plenty of places around for shopping and food.Would be better if they can give a quick wipe /hoover over the baby car seats as well.Glad that I found them back!

The worst service I have ever used in my entire life! They charged me £55 for platinum car cleaning service! I took my car home and see it’s full of mess! Under the seats/between the seats/ boot/dashboard, nothing was cleaned. They only put some oil to make the chairs look shiny. I opened my boot to see that they didn’t even touch it. I could have paid £10 to my local service and get better results. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and will never ever use them again! Waste of money and not reliable at all!!!!

Started very confused.. the guy wrote my ticket for £30 for the exterior only however charged my partner £25 for the interior and exterior (we were both getting our cars done at the same time). When I asked him why hers was cheaper, he explained that it’s more to get just the exterior cleaned. So, when I asked for the interior and exterior instead as my partner had, he said he can’t change the ticket. At this moment, my partner took the ticket and re-wrote it for him.After getting back to our cars, the exterior wasn’t very well done and on inspection in my partners car, the vacuuming was hardly done. He explained that we only paid for what we got.. so basically, the standard rate will get you a bad clean so if you’re lucky, you may just about get a good clean when you start paying for the premium package.It’s not worth the money, my car would be cleaner if spat on it.My advice: Find somewhere else or clean your car yourself

I popped into Kingston Saturday about 9:45. The guy I spoke to asked what service I wanted and I literally only wanted my car washed on the outside so asked for the basic BRONZE £9.99 option. I was told that he wasn’t doing that today and he only SILVER upwards and he only does the bronze service Monday to Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday were busy days so he only does the more premium services.He said I could have the SILVER for £20 instead of £21.99. I declined!!!If he has been busy I might have understood why he would not want my money. But he was washing one car and only had one other waiting!!!Will definitely never use this company even if I’m there midweek!!!Greedy!!!!!!

Worst car wash I have ever experienced. I only got a bronze wash but stupidly assumed that would be sufficient for them to clean the bird poop off my car. Especially as it is the bare minimum someone would expect from a car wash. Not only did they leave most of the bird poop on my car but my windscreen was smeared and to top it off they had chipped some of my paint. I wasn't expecting perfection but this was beyond sub par. Horrible service. Make sure you don't pay them until you've inspected their work. Or better yet don't go to them at all.
