Like many people in rural areas I did not have access to an Internet service to the level at which I needed for both work and as a home life-line - Boundless Networks' services enabled me to consume the content that would otherwise be unavailable to me - so I signed up around 7 years ago.But times have moved on. My area of the country does now have access to super-fast broadband. Have I moved away from Boundless Networks because of this? No.I get the service I need from BN, at a fantastic price. I no longer require a home telephone line - normally a prerequisite for broadband. So that's nearly a £20/month cost avoidance immediately. Also the broadband services are more cost effective than others on the market.Their technical support is great. I have had cause to contact BN on a couple of occasions to inquire why my service seemed slow, or because there was an outage. On one occasion it turned out that one of my machines was updating some software and doing some heavy downloads. Tech support helped point out what was going on. On another occasion I got a personal call back, on a Sunday night, to check if everything was okay again.So in summary, I'm very pleased with the service, and the people behind it.

Been with Boundless for over 9 years and had excellent service.Very recently had a failure where water had got into the cable from the antenna damaging the equipment. The support from Boundless to resolve the problem was very rapid. All the people I dealt with were very pleasant and very efficient.Excellent company to deal with and the product works very well, would highly recommend.

Since joining Boundless seven years ago, our broadband connection has been far more stable and reliable for two properties than it was via the phone line network. When needed, we've had excellent engineer backup too. Thank you Boundless!

What a blessing they are. Even with the best internet connection things go sometimes wrong. The great advantage with Boundless Networks is that you have a real person at the other end of the phone, somebody who will do her or his best to sort things. Always polite, always professional, a pleasure to deal with them as I have done for years now.

We were promised a great service and internet strength. For a time it was stable and better than our BT internet. Then we upgraded to a faster service and speed, but since then the service has been poor, speed variable and inconsistent. Then in recent weeks it’s been off and on without any notification of disruption.Promises to keep us in touch, offers of connecting to new masts etc. None of which worked and today during a big Zoom webinar with clients it crashed completely causing me a massive loss of revenue and credibility with clients!

Been on this network for over a year and it’s never missed a beat. You can also get someone on the phone immediately 365 days a year if there are any issues. 1st class company.

Boundless is pretty much the only broadband provider in our area (middle of the Yorkshire Dales). Given the lack of competition in our area I was expecting a poor service - i.e. take what your given type approach.This could not be further from the truth, the original set up 4 years ago was very quick, any technical help has always been easy with regular updates, any outages (planned or unplanned) have always had good communications and the quality of internet is pretty much always consistently good. In fact due to the lockdown I increased my package to 50Mbps. All in all a good service and good value for money!

We despaired of ever being able to have a speed higher than 0.4 ,which our existing supplier was incapable of supplying.Thankfully the engineers at Boundless came along promptly to survey our property, confirmed it could be done, and Hey Presto ! Shortly after we had a super new, fast service from Boundless. It's really reliable, no outages to speak of. But if we need technical help, a professional & knowledgeable tech engineer is just a phone call away . Promptly sorting us out with ease & patience.

Honestly where do I even start, poor wifi speeds, atrocious customer service skills and even worse value for money. It seems as though the wifi goes down every night which it has been doing for weeks, possibly even months. It's almost as if they turn it off for us at same time every SINGLE day. It gets incredibly infuriating when say one of my family members is trying to do work or on Zoom calls with clients which looks GREAT when they disconnect from the meeting all the time! Additionally, when you ring up to complain about the speeds they make out as if it's your fault for not supplying the wifi speeds promised. Overall, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
