I have used Michael at 1st Class Heating for many years and never had any issues at all. He is extremely thorough which does mean that he occasionally finds things that need fixing that you weren’t aware of, but I would rather this than have at best a catastrophic heating failure and at worst a death trap. Issues are always explained clearly and precisely allowing you to make up your own mind on what to do and what to leave until next time.This thoroughness may also lead to delays as he doesn’t like to leave things half done and rush from job to job like many people. This means that A you get a first class job done but B, you may have to be patient as he does the same for others.In short, I wouldn’t trust anyone else and it’s great that he now has his son on board with him.

Great service and thorough. 1st Class have been out a couple of times to my boiler, always communicates well, and always very helpful.

Doesn't offer a 24/7 call out service. Doesn't turn up when booked - quite happy to leave a house without central heating on the coldest weekend of the year and when we tried to speak to them - they put the phone down. Very poor.

I have been using 1st class heating for a number if years and have never been disappointed. You have to pay for good tradesman these days and 1st class heating are great tradesmen.
