They contact me about a job seemed alright for a starting point as was supposed to be 3 months temp to perm now I know when an agency says that RUN!! The role finished after a month (which in agency terms is actually quite long only positive outcome) and seems like the person that put me forward didn’t have clue what was going on during and after....Only a simple sorry and no work available now.Only positive I took from this is a learning experience to avoid all agencies, as your business practices and ethics are despicable. As long you fill roles and get commissions, you don’t really care and that’s why you have trouble finding candidates.

The interview process was very straightforward and only took around 5 minutes with Damien from the rochdale branch and since joining its honestly been a blast as every day definitely has its own differences so you never get bored doing the same thing over and over again.

Working with ideal recruit is definitely a delightful experience. Employees are not just numbers to them, they are recognized as humans and treated with respect and considerations. Avoid these charlottons like the plague...after going to an interview which they said they would ring me back that day they never did. Then on Sunday at 5pm told me I had a job starting at 10pm that night...they take your personal data on their personal mobile phones. They were not happy when I asked them why they were doing this...very shabby company don't trust
