I’ve been going to James for a few years now and can highly reccomend him. He’s friendly, professional and so knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. He has solved several issues for me and is my first port of call when anything feels off. I also appreciate that he is not a practitioner who wants to keep getting you back in for repeat treatments if it’s not necessary and encourages self-management, when appropriate. Thanks James!

I have been treated by James for over 7 years and I am extremely happy how the physio has gone!. I have been treated for rotator cuff, hamstring , lower back and hip issues over the course of time caused by sport injuries. I regularly have monthly treatments to ensure i keep on top of any tightness. I highly recommend the Cardiff Sports Clinic as the treatment is the best that I have received from going to different sports clinics/physios in Cardiff.

Was suffering with ankle pain after too many weekend football games !It had gotten so bad I couldn’t play anymore.Had a recommendation for Cardiff sports clinic and after one session, I was able to get back on the Sunday football game ! Just wanted to write a short review after my last couple of Sports Massage Therapy treatments with James, can’t thank him enough for what he does! He takes genuine care to understand areas of concern, not only to target treatment but also sharing preventative measures/behaviours to prolong the treatment’s effects. He always says how if he doesn’t see me for a long time “it’s a good thing” and it shows! Also ensures I feel looser and more relaxed in the affected areas before the session ends, and provides further therapy if ever it doesn’t; I visit mainly because of tension in the neck/shoulders, and he ensures it moves loosely in all directions before the end of treatment. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else now that I’ve found his clinic near Gabalfa; keep doing what you’re doing James! Thank you :-)
