Poor customer experience. Travelled 2.5 hours to test drive a Jaguar E Pace, for which I had paid a £99 reservation fee, only to discover it had been incorrectly specified on the Website. Also still waiting for a refund of my fee despite assurances this would happen.

I took my vehicle here to have it’s yearly MOT… all I can say is I will never be using them again!Firstly, the car was stood for over a week longer than advised for the original booked MOT date due to staff being off with Covid (I know this isn’t a fault of their own but was the start of my frustrations).Unfortunately the car failed MOT and so needed to be rectified before retest - these were arranged to be done and retested within the week.Within this time the driver’s door was damaged to which the manager denied all knowledge of.I also advised the customer services team on numerous occasions that the tax for the vehicle was due for renewal and that I needed the MOT to be completed before it could be done - no urgency was given from their side which resulted in me receiving warning letters from the DVLA for fines.I had been given 3/4 different dates as to when the MOT would be done, each time them having an excuse as to why it hasn’t been - these were only given after I had to call them on each date to check if had been done yet that day.After weeks of going backwards and forwards of having to chase updates, they finally arranged for the car to be retested and then sent to their repair centre in Leeds to be sorted.So after nearly 8 weeks.. today I collected the car!
