I’m very happy with the installation gys one of my friends recommended to me because I have an other machine for water and after 2 years ti broke down so I have to change it.The work of these two guys it was amazing everything it was invisible pipes and cables that result is amazing thank you so much monso water ❤️

I am so happy with Monso Water I signed up a week ago and within few days date for engineer with time slot of when be arriving night before so was able to arrange my day without sitting about just waiting.On the morning Shane showed up full of smiles and got straight to work installing the Monso water purifier was simple quick and no messShane was very polite showed me how everything works etc answered all questions and set the warm water up perfectly for my kids to enjoy a cup of tea :)An amazing piece to my kitchen hot water instantly making those cuppas great for those who forget even clicked kettle get distracted do something very different then back pour cuppa with warm water.Also perfect for cold water I’m not a fan of tap water and so saving on buying bottled water a bonus as well as saving on electricity too!

I have bought my water machine from monso with recommendation from friends, at first I wasn’t sure if to buy it or not as i have used water machines from other companies and i wasn't happy at all with the quality of the water. However this machine I bought from monso was nothing like the previous water machines, the machine it self looks nice, the quality of the water is absolutely delicious, i use the water for all my drinking and cooking needs, kids puck lunches etc. The water is so clean, pure with soft taste, you can actually feel the difference from tea, coffee and food when its made with the water from the machine. Since I bought this machine my kids drink recommended daily Amount and they love it. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who wants clean and pure water for their family. Also it will be unfair if i don’t say one or two things about the customer service. They have been great i didn’t have no problem to contact them but when its service time for the machine, staff will always call and book an appointment, they are very helpful and polite so very good product and after care team.
