Kingsbury Gardens

Buyers not welcome to view the show home! I went to view the show home with my daughter at 3pm on a Sunday (so the show home was open until 5pm). Despite being happy to wait, the sales woman, who had another couple in the office, said she was too busy all day for us to pop round. Incredibly rude and off hand. There are lots of new houses for sale in St Albans right now and we were stunned frankly to just be turned away. With so many new build properties currently on the market, it is a buyers market and we won't be returning.

Another new 'town' in St Albans. There is not enough infrastructure to cope with all these new houses.
