Cannot recommend The Dog Training Company enough - we started working with Adam back in January when Atlas' behaviour was progressively getting more unmanageable. He would pull excessively and was both reactive and nervous around most things, it's safe to say 5 months later he's like a different dog, we can leave the house and it be an enjoyable experience. Both myself and Atlas have learnt a lot and the skills I have learnt have also improved our second dogs behaviour too. The whole process has been extremely enjoyable and rewarding, we are so grateful for everything Adam and the team have done for us!

The Dog Training Company changed our lives for the better, and I would 100% recommend them if you have any training goals for your dog.I enrolled my dog into a training programme with low expectations, having been failed by previous trainers. The programme was tough, but we immediately saw changes in his behaviour. Our trainer, Zak, supported us every step of the way with training and answered any and all questions we had, no matter how difficult. His support was invaluable through our training programme and even after. Following completion of our programme we were able to do things I never thought possible with my stubborn pooch, and when we struggled Zak checked up on us and continued to support us.If you are looking for a company and trainers that truly care and give results then this is absolutely the right place. I couldn’t recommend them enough.Thank you all for everything!!

We took our working dog, Charlie to The Dog Training Company Leeds after he developed behavioural problems with non-family dogs during walks in the park. After an initial assessment with Tom and the team we embarked on a series of 5 x 1 hour sessions with Tom working with Charlie and ourselves on various techniques.Over a period of 5 months Charlie now sees other dogs as less confrontational and often ignores them when we are out walking. We still have a few improvements to make in areas but the series of sessions with Tom has resulted in a much calmer and focussed Labrador. We also found the sessions beneficial. We used the same techniques with our 7 year old Labrador and the walks with them both are now very pleasant with no pulling !!We would highly recommend Tom and the team.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. From start to finish, we have never felt judged or felt bad about having to ask for help. I love that their ethos is based around praise and incentives, as opposed to bribing your dog with treats to do what you want. Our dog trainer Rhiannon is honestly the most supportive and understanding person to have been around our tricky dog. We have a German Shepherd, just over a year and he has been a very difficult dog to train (mainly due to stubbornness!) but Rhiannon never gave up and never allowed us to give up either. We were getting to the point of not being able to leave the small area of our home with how reactive and pully on the lead our dog was becoming. Now, we have this amazing knowledge and the right tools to keep our dog on the right path. He’s becoming more and more of a delight as each day goes by, and it’s all down to this company and Rhiannon. Thank you!

If you're thinking of investing in any training for your dog, look no further. I am beyond words over how pleased we are that we chose The Dog Training Company. They were amazing. The service, the ease of it all and the above-and-beyond ethics of the staff proved to be worth every penny. We had a large cross bread dog who came from rescue with little knowledge about her background. Due to lockdown in her previous home, she had received no socialising and simply didn't know how to behave around other dogs. She quickly taught herself that any reaction would do and quickly got it wrong, suffering the result of a reactive dog who attacked her. Our dog then became reactive herself, and would burst" with very little prior warning. Walks became nerve wracking and the life we enjoyed with our dog became very different. Attended training here with our out of control 2yr old Lab! We were really struggling with heel walking and pulling on lead with some reactivity towards other dogs …… basically he was ruling the roost!The sessions not only help and support you but also give a great insight into your dogs behaviour and more importantly the owners behaviour!Rhiannon, Jade and the team at Doncaster were fantastic and guided us step by step and now we are on the way to having the dog we always wanted.Honestly it’s hard work tears, tantrums and a lot of laughs but the rewards make it all worth whileWould highly recommendNicola, Sarah & Jackson

I can highly recommend the Dog Training Company. Our whippet Solly would get very stressed travelling so we were unable to take him anywhere. With the help of Adam we can now take him in the car to lots of whippet events! Thank you so much for your help! Valerie

We attended the Handling Boost day with Tommy at Leeds and what a great day we had. Tommy was amazing and full of tips and advice for us moving forward. We finished our training course in the summer but this was such a great refresh and great to train around other dogs. Tommy was so knowledgeable and spent time with each owner to give feedback, tips , and general chat. He kept it fun and engaging the whole day. Thank you so much Tommy can’t wait to come back for more refresher training next year.

I'm absolutely over the moon with the work with my dog and the family helping us understand our dog and to be honest I would never have thought it would have worked. But I can honestly say that Adam has helped us get a new dog and a new understanding of her and her of us. We have one alot of hard work but it's so worth it and I'd definitely recommend to anyone who things that they'll never help your dog. Well I was proven wrong and we've gone 360 with ours.

Our dog Otis had a few issues, pulling on lead, no recall, and we needed some help. Had 3 boost day at Leeds training center . Zak did the first two boost day and he did amazing job and made a big progress after the first session already. Third boost day just gone now and Tommy took him for a day. He is another professional dog trainer from Leeds. They are massive help for us. It is not only our dog learnt so much from them.
