Really excellent, professional and friendly service.I called and made an enquiry - received a helpful reply. Computer was diagnosed in 5 hours and fixed within 12 hours.Other companies locally wanted to charge just to have a look!A true honest, local and decent company, would highly recommend.

The Banbury Computer Man lives up to his name and knows his stuff. My desktop was having a strange issue of showing a blank screen after around 20 minutes of use. Not only was the issue resolved promptly, but he was able to give me fantastic advice on storage options for future upgrades, as well as helping my PC to run better than it has in about a year, and all for an incredibly fair price. If you have any computer issues whatsoever, this is the man to see.Summary: Friendly and cheap with first class service, he won't mess you around like some of the bigger brands, is incredibly knowledgable if you need any further advice, and can do it all without delving into complicated jargon.

Excellent professional service. My laptop died , I rang Computer Man who when he heard it was 12 years old, advised against repair as not worthwhile ( which I kind of thought anyway). He gave me help on how to check power source in case it's that, and how to take hard drive off to keep info on it. Some places would take money off you to look at it, he didn't, but gave a few minutes free good advice . Nice sense of humour too. Helpful , and recommended.

Ian helped me out with 2 laptops. He got our old photos from one which we thought we had lost. He also sorted problems for me on my other one. All done very quickly and I was very happy with the cost. A very nice chap.

Ian sorted my problem with a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 within 24 hours at a very reasonable cost, and also tweaked the laptop to run better than before.Ian is a diligent and professional operator, and I highly recommend him to you if you have problems with your computer or laptop.I like his taste in music too!
