Definitely one of the best bars in Edinburgh. Amazing cocktails. 10/10 helpful and kind staff. The best views of the city. Only marked down a star because some of the blankets on the seats looked dirty, but we were the last reservation of the day.

The 2 stars are for the food but no stars for a really terrible service.We ordered 2 glasses of white wine plus 2 meals (just tacos, nothing special to organise / prepare)After 25 mins we asked where are drinks were, just got a reply saying they would find out.Another 10mins and our 2 taco dishes arrived but still no drinks ! and no explanation about our missing drinks.I told them I wouldn't pay for anything if our drinks didn't appear in the next 2mins, of course they didn't appear within 2mins.As we took our last mouthfull of the quite tasty tacos our drinks arrived. I sent mine back as my meal was now finished.No appology was offered.We didn't pay for anything.

Beautiful views in the domes, especially when the sun set. Plenty of space in the domes, with own Bluetooth speaker and small heater. Great cocktails and enjoyed with a cheese board. Only downfall is that it closed at 10pm, would of been nice to stay slightly longer.

It was pretty cold. But you can include your own music, which is a big plus. We were allowed to spend exactly two hours in the balloon. We were able to finish our last bottle of wine at the main bar.

Recently visited…the staff are attentive, hard working and fantastic in dealing with any request…5*!I found the manager to be hard work at best, I believe his name was Ryan.I wouldn’t normally pinpoint a particular person I question, but clearly has no care for personal service and treated the staff like absolute dirt.Not something you would expect in the hospitality sector especially not in front of paying customers. I felt bad for them and it overshadowed the experience that I had.To the staff, keep up the good work, to the manager , grow up and accept that you have everyday people working for you who don’t deserve your backlash!Would I return?…who knows, but lessons need to be learnt!

Had a fantastic couple of hours in a dome this evening. The views were amazing as was the food and drinks but the staff stole the show tonight. All those that tended to us this evening were absolutely outstanding! Will definitely be booking in again.

Happened to stumble across this trendy restaurant/bar whilst finishing up shopping on Prince's Street. With current COVID-19 restrictions we were lucky to get a table without booking.The staff were excellent - very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Our waiter offered his opinions on good drinks options which we appreciated!The food, provided by Pizza Geeks, was also excellent - the dough was delicious and fluffy and didn't leave you feeling bloated and sluggish. We also tried the Mac & Cheese bites - it was like a party in my mouth and rich, creamy cheese was the guest of honour. Not disappointed in the slightest.I would happily visit here again ☺️
