I was appalled by the lack of hygiene at this stand!! I observed one member of staff touching the ice cream with his bare hands then taking a piece of cardboard from a pile of rubbish and using it to separate ice cream flavours. Never once did I see the staff wash their hands. I would never eat here! Badly done indeed.
