I have always loved cookies but the larger short girl that works there is very unhygienic. In just the 5 mins I spent in the queue, I observed her touching so many cookies with her bare hands. She was piping some of the larger cookies as well as bagging up the small and regular sized ones. She was touching the til, touching money, touching her phone and everything else. Very very unsanitary. This needs to stop! If it takes too long for one worker to be taking money then putting on gloves to go pipe the large cookies then more staff needs to be on. There are no excuses for this disgusting behaviour

Got a giant cookie done for my sons birthday party and it was bloody amazing. When I went to collect I was quite early and caught the lovely artist just as she was starting to ice my sons one and she let me sit and chat with her whilst she worked her magic. Both girls were absolutely brilliant and I had a great chat with both of them in between customers. Just amazing amazing amazing!!!
