Peter Pan Au Pairs

We have had nothing but excellent experience and service from this agency. We've used them several times over the past six years and Nicky has been prompt, helpful, efficient and really professional every time.I would highly recommend!

I had an awful experience with Peter Pan Aupairs. The service is very impersonal with very little support in the event issues occur.We ran into difficulties within a few weeks in that the aupair could not get on with DD and several times I witnessed her crossing her arms and telling DD to do it herself. Also every time I was out at meetings she would call the mobile complaining my daughter was not listening. My gut feeling was that she did not have much childcare experience apart from the 2 weeks placement in a nursery.When the au pair returned home the agency recommended another replacement and after scrutinizing the references transpired it had been written by her boyfriend whose child she looked after.Peter Pan refused to refund the placement fee and argued that before the invoice was paid late no refund was due. Sadly I would not use them again.
