Very clean glasses tables are dealt with fairly quickly. Food and drinks as expected in a weatherspoons. Can be very loud mixture of ages in customers.Outdoor tables front and back weather depending. Door staff in the evenings.Staff need to be aware of youngsters vaping in pub downstairs .

The main meals & breakfasts are lovely, good prices & generous portions. Friendly hard working staff.But the desserts are shockingly small for the money. The portions are more child size than adult you don't get much at all. Very disappointing, we bought cakes on the way back to the apartment.Also it's such a shame that dogs aren't allowed, as our family had to split up on holiday and go elsewhere. I think well behaved dogs should be welcome as most are in other places, it's the owners that are the issue. A section for dogs only would be good :) would have given 5 stars if dogs allowed.

Great position for this place. Shame the beer garden is no more. Seagulls are a problem if you eat outside. They could put netting up like other seaside places. Steak was cooked perfectly, could have counted the amount of peas though! People do like to break the rules though when it comes to not using the dedicated smoking area and the staff are quick to respond. The service is really good and the staff were very attentive to making sure the youngsters were old enough to be ordering alcohol.

Typical Wetherspoons, reasonably priced beer and nice atmosphere. I didn’t eat any food but everyone else was. Pretty busy foe a Tuesday and quick service via the app. Other Wetherspoons could learn from this pub.

Always enjoy my meals at Witherspoon restaurants. The value for money meals are fantastic, and when on holiday we will find out where one is for all our meals. Found the Paignton one to be very good, and we have had our evening meal there most nights depending on what we were doing. Quite busy and very noisy but expected given its for tourist and locals alike. Been overly noisy last two visits this week but we still had a good meal experience. Like that we asked if our meals are OK, and please keep on the unlimited tea, l like lots of warm drinks with my meal as well as cold ones. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Lovely meal too many chips as usual. Ordered everything on the app. So only interaction was when they bought meal and drinks to me. Dessert was fruit and ice cream which nearly went away as I had to get my milk and sweetener for my tea. Which IMHO should have been bought to me with the tea. Which is why I gave 3 stars for service. When you are disabled it wasn't easy for me to get to the milk and refill area.

The awesome weatherspoon! Near the railway station and the beach. Cheap alcohol and food. They do some lunch time discounts too! Always love any weatherspoon!

Hi it was very late and no other restaurant was serving food option was only one wetherspoon . I know I was at wetherspoon not once food is not best one but if you want get drunk and eat at same place this is place cheapest drinks around no matter where you go witherspoon offer you cheapest drinks and food to . I have been in lot worse place then witherspoon and trust me if you got 25£ you can get some food and some drinks too get drunk back home and enjoy you not spending fortune for that . The usual Weatherspoon experience in here. Food was served in a timely manner and drinks brought over fairly quickly considering they were constantly serving.Unfortunately because of the staff manning the busy bar there were a lack of staff to collect plates and wipe tables down, which meant when we arrived there were four empty tables with plates and glasses on them, we piled the plates up on another table and the glasses were collected at some point after our meals arrived.Food was as expected and the staff were nice.
