Welcoming, friendly place for an after work drink or two. Good bar staff and plenty of room. The only negative was that the music was stopped in favour of football!

Lively Irish pub with fab Guiness and good live music. BUT the toilets where an absolute disgrace. According to my wife the ladies lavs were equally terrible. They don't need signs to the loos, just follow the p%?? stream and your nose.

I've gone past Pogue Mahone many times but I haven't gave it a try before, I popped in recently and thought it was great. There was live music playing and a good atmosphere very enjoyable

Absolutely brilliant pub!Great location in the centre of town, great friendly staff and large selection of beer, spirit's and cocktails!Great for a quiet pint or a night outIf you catch any of the live music that's played regularly (I think most nights they have a band or a singer on) anyway you're in for a treat! My favourite Irish bar in Liverpool!

Great atmosphere, not quite matched by the service. This place is a great, traditional Irish bar.Thoroughly enjoy every night I go in here.Guinness is great. Music is usually to match in quality.Well located in Liverpool City centre, I would recommend here for anyone who wants to visit an Irish bar when in Liverpool.

Laid back pub that serves affordable drinks in the heart of Liverpool's nightlife district. The staff are all really friendly and whether you're dressed up or casual it doesn't matter here. Perfect for sports fans, too as there's always a match on
