I had a problem with my conservatory door not locking so gave LA Locksmiths a call and spoke to Luke on the phone who said he would be with me in 2hours,he came on time and did the job within the hour and was very polite and helpful,I would highly recommend, much appreciated thanks Luke

Luke from LA Locksmiths came today and fitted an additional 5 lever mortice lock after assessing our door and giving my wife and I excellent, professional advice. The installation was really good and he tidied up after himself too. [So many don't nowadays.] He got it done far quicker than I expected and charged a very reasonable amount for his services. He's a very pleasant and knowledgeable chap and we heartily recommend him. We'll certainly be asking him back when we need further locks fitted.

Highly recommend LA Locksmiths!Luke called back immediately even though my request was a non-emergency, and the job was attended and done within 90 minutes.Luke was 3 P's (punctual, polite, professional!) and fixed the existing lock very quickly, when he could easily have said it needed a brand new lock.Will definitely contact LA Locksmiths and Luke again, if the need ever arises.

Big thanks to luke at L A locksmith had an issue with a key pad lock for one of my customers he was there within 10 minutes and got in the property within less minutes, he also checked the other locks were working OK can't recommend his services enough fantastic, and he's a nice guy too .

Absolutely fantastic service, we rang at 5pm on a Friday afternoon after a key had snapped in one of our showroom doors, within twenty minutes they were at the showroom and even after realising it wasn't a simple lock to replace they still cracked on with it and ensured we had a new lock and keys. The price was also very reasonable considering the quick turn around, it would not have surprised me if the bill had been double the amount it was. Great customer service and definitely the only place I'll be calling for door locks moving forwards!

Huge shout out for Luke from LA Locksmiths, and a well deserved 5-star rating. We've been suffering with stiff locks and ill-operating handles on a couple of our uPVC doors for ages, however, Luke to the rescue. After making some adjustments to realign our front door, it now closes and locks effortlessly. The handles to our patio doors are also operating properly, the springs that operate the handle had broken, Luke had all the spares to hand on his van. Great job Luke, I can't recommend you enough.

Great service. Raised a non urgent request out of hours over the website - and got a call back straight away which I wasn't expecting . Luke came out to us the morning after the request was sent in. Did a great job, was really informative, very friendly, great value, and even tidied up after himself. Would definitely recommend - and would definitely use again.
