The lady I spoke to was helpful and explained as I thought that I was already paying the debt , but we chatted I had previously dealt with everything via email . Anyway she was very patient and kind .

After putting off a phone call regarding a debt I had, I finally made the call and was helped by an extremely helpful member of the team. (Forgot name... 28.11.03 around 11am).My payment plan is final set up and I'm on the way to clear this debt... finally. Thank you for being understanding to my situation.

My debt was passed on to this company, I received a letter advising they would accept the same amount as I was paying to my orginal creditor, which I have been paying, they still keep calling me continuously, I have sent email after email they never respond. Funny they have time to constantly call you but not reply to a quick email.shocking service

Iv been getting calls and emails constantly but I have replied to every single one and they haven’t helped this be sorted even when offering to actually make payments to get rid of the money due! But quite happy to call and call and email. They also managed to send letters to my elderly mums house in my name demanding money even though my address was updated!Finally managed to get through to someone who would help and Rashad helped greatly and set up the direct debit finally and made sure the address was taken off the system as that’s not fair on my elderly mother panicking about letters coming! So thank you Rashad only person that would actuallyHelp me from this company!

I can honestly say, without a shadow of a doubt, the service that I receive from every single member of this organisation was exemplary. I have severe emphysema in both lungs, COPD, angina, nerve damage to the spine, spinal fusion, I have been told that I have very little time left on this world. I contacted this organisation and explained my situation every single person I spoke to step up to the mark accelerate their customer service G is above and beyond their remit, how do you spell Andrew, first contact agents, manager, Support teams, and again, everything else that I was given empathy, understanding, What will happen, what about trying to do in my situation, I will check with Dougie on a regular basis, every single member who spoke to me was kind and friendly. Although I was very afraid and scared to contact them because of my situation and I didn’t know what was going to happen. I still did it. My advice to anybody and everybody is very simple. If you’re honest I’m being realistic and speak to these people they will do anything possible for you and your own individual situation. They are not harsh. They are tall and understanding. However, you must always be ready just think is the time help in the way you need. They will not stop, they have a solution and help you on that journey. You need to do to resolve your issues so you are not let down any part again. I cannot re-iterate on how exemplary Support I was given at some point, I was suicidal. I was ready to end my life there and then. Nobody side away from trying to help me. I’m trying to speak to me nobody was patronising or sarcastic. It was as if I’ve pressed an emergency support button incredible. I need to say hi Reinhardt I am simply alive today because of the people I spoke to exemplary support they gave me, you can all understand that was in your duties on that day, you SAVED MY life

Excellent customer service from Abbie, the company should give her a pay rise because she is very understanding and highly professional. I have slight autism so I can be difficult to understand, however Abbie knew how to handle the situation remarkably well considering I'm extremely impatient. She was very considerate in all aspects and reminded me of things that never crossed my mind. Thank you Abbie it was a pleasure speaking to you, hope the company values you well. 10 out of 10 star rating.

Chasing me for nonexistent debt, and posting fake positive reviews for themselves online.This company is atrocious. They're hounding me to pay them for a credit card I've never owned, taken out with a company I've never heard of.I am not in any debt, yet still they persist, despite having confirmed I never had any dealings with the company they claim they're working with.I've provided them with a crime reference number after reporting the situation myself to the police via actionfraud, and now I'm being ignored by Link.This company does not check the legitimacy of debts they attempt to reclaim.Had they bothered to do the most basic of checks with the company they're apparently working on behalf of, they'd see I've never held an account with them.They barely bother responding to emails. If they do take the time to reply, they skirt around answering your questions.My last few emails to them requesting more information for the fraud team has been completely ignored. They won't even confirm what address they have for me on file.It's been weeks now. The closest I got to a response was a now deleted reply to a review saying they had sent me some forms in the post that very day. That was 3 weeks ago and nothing has arrived in the mail. More lies from them.Take any claims that you owe money from this company with a healthy pinch of salt. They are not what they seem, and will happily take money which is not owed to them.Absolute con artists.There are clearly a lot of very obvious fake positive reviews on this page, which I think speaks volumes.I have now referred them and their awful practices to the Financial Ombudsman.If you're also having trouble with this atrocious company, I highly recommend you do the same.
