such a lovely, helpful and personalised service! i was given tons of information and put at ease by the piercer even though it was just a change of piercings i was having done. the customer service was fab from start to end and the jewellery is high quality too. i will definitely be coming back to get more done :)

This place seemed highly recommended and quite popular. We were messed around a little as we hadn't booked an appointment but said they had time to fit us in (but they didn't) so after 45 minutes of waiting wh/e then tried to book in (had to come back 30 minutes later). Jewellery is quite pricey but it also includes a piercing... Not sure if I would come back but if I did, will definitely make sure to pre-book!

Had another piercing done today and was greeted by calm and friendly staff who remembered me coming in from a time before! Both Tahlia and Kaylee were wonderful, chatty and attentive, I was really given the time to decide how I would like my piercing and my experience is always tailored to what I'm looking for.Professional manner and kindly walk you through the process, will be coming again.

Decided to scope out the place before getting a piercing - the cleanliness, professional responses and friendliness of all the staff set me on getting my next piercing there and I'm so glad I did.I got my conch done today, I can't remember her name sadly but she was just lovely - really pretty girl with blue and green(?) hair and loads of piercings, really accommodating and definitely good at her craft.Made me feel at ease, didn't hurt, knew her placement but still let me see how it'd look elsewhere, put up with my changing my mind about jewellery, just yeah, brilliant.I'll be back; thank you.

The nicest staff and lovely atmosphere! Everyone is very polite and always happy to help and advise! I love that they don’t rush to get you pierced and out the door, even when they’re really busy! They really take their time and actually care and listen! Everything is super clean and they have an amazing selection on jewellery!! I can’t wait to get more and more! I’ve had my daith, Shen men and nose done with Auricle and super excited to go back!!

Took my 6 year old to have her ears pierced. I went in based on previous recommendations from friends. I'm so glad I took my daughter here, the girls were great and the lady doing the piercing was amazing, very reassuring and never let my little girl see the needles being used. My daughter sat there nicely the whole time and listened to her every word. This alone deserves a good review. Lovely and clean inside with great staff. my daughter is so happy and no redness or any pain on her ears. Thankyou so much

(Kayleigh is the person that did her special magic for my piercing)First time getting piercing as a young 24 age male. They are very sweet at make any person nervous relaxed. They give best advice and will continue to do it as long as you need. Best to go and do research on what you want as price are in budget range.
