Called Paul with regard to a problem with a dishwasher. He kindly explained what he thought the likely problem was. I followed his instructions and sure enough he was 100% correct. I could not believe that having dealt with less scrupulous people who are more than happy to charge a call out fee to do such a repair. On this occasion Paul's expertise was given free of charge, however I would have no hesitation to recommend Paul's services and have every intention to use him in future.
