First time at Trentham Gardens and can recommend the lakeside walk and superb gardens. I thought it would be busier than it was for a bank holiday Sunday, but it meant being able to enjoy a more peaceful experience, especially through the wonderful gardens. Pricing is possibly a little high, but you can easily make a day of it to add value. The shopping experience is well thought out and has plenty of variation, with places to eat and drink, and facilities are disabled friendly. A good day out!

Lovely place for a nice walk around the lake and gardens. If the weather is right, you could easily laze about for hours while the kids play in the park .Plenty of sculptures to see . And places to get drinks and ice cream

We're annual pass holders to the gardens, so visit regularly - the gardens are always good to walk around, my daughter enjoys the outdoor playground and there's some interesting shops in the shopping villageOnly downside is a lack of parent/toddler parking - there's hardly any given the size of the site and the number of people with children who visit and parking spaces on the rest of the car park are pretty narrow, so getting in and out is a challenge. There are more Tesla charging points, which suggests they've got the priorities in the wrong order.... They also occasionally have security staff directing cars into the car park, which is sometimes well co-ordinated and sometimes not, which hinders rather than helping.

Fantastic place to visit. Lots to see and do, great for families, particularly the Monkey Forest, nice walks too around the estate,. There are also cafes and quite a few shops near the entrance. We're going back soon, as we didn't have time to do everything. We certainly enjoyed the day out visiting Trentham Gardens!

Been here twice and have loved it both times. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a fantastic walk too! The flower arrangements and planting is amazing and the history of the estate is fascinating too. The little cafe at the end of the lake is fantastic for a little pit stop. The shopping village is also fab along with the wonderful food they have to offer. We went to the Greek restaurant and it was perfect with lovely staff. We also popped into the garden centre which is lovely and also had a coffee and cake there. Wonderful place for the whole family!

The estate and the gardens are so worth the visit.I chose a Friday for my trip, the bus from Stoke Station took a little over 25 minutes before reaching the Gardens stop from where the entrance is only a 5 minute walk. You can also stop by the garden centre or go into one of the many shops located in the little village, it was lovely, the little shops look like beautiful. The Trentham Gardens themselves were stunning, absolutely recommend visiting them and having a true wonder around. The staff at the entrance was very supportive and explained the map to me.The walk around the lake takes on average 45minutes, but since I wanted to see a little more, I spent almost three hours, enjoying a peaceful walk, good chats with other visitors and trying to guess what birds and other animals I can see.The lake is gorgeous and the trees surrounding it are old and beautiful. The Italian Gardens were something unreal, it was amazing to see the volunteers and staff tending to the flowers and plants.

Such a wonderful place, going at this time of year really brings out the beauty in the place. If you're not stopping to take in the scenery, it can be a short walk, but honestly, take your time to stroll round, the gardens are incredible. Make sure you or anyone in your party are comfortable around dogs as a lot of people walk their dogs here.

Always used to visit here when at school and always loved it. Such a pleasure to go back now after so many years. Now have the added extra of shops to have a mooch around and you can also get something to eat as well. The gardens are stunning, such a peaceful place to walk around. They also have pods that you can book for either a birthday or afternoon tea and they are situated in amongst the gardens.

We visited the pods for afternoon tea, and would definitely do it again. But would like to give a big thank you to the waitresses who did an amazing job.

Lovely place to visit. Paths are easy going and great for all ages/prams. Great areas for the kids to play. Short and pleasant walk around the lake. Decent price as you can spend as much time as you like there. Free parking. Plenty of shops to also walk around just outside and a very good garden centre.
