The Log Man

Would highly reccomend the log man !!5 star serviceClive (the log man) was most helpful with my purchase from ebay I ordered one of hes beautiful white birch arches and a lovely white birch tree top I also ordered some chestnut discs all for a display I might add ! Clive was most kind I needed the order asap he managed to get the order to me the next day and the quality and finnish of the items I ordered was outstanding they was beautiful done my display great justice and drew in a lot of custom will definitely be using the log man again thanks so much !!

Messed up orders twice in a row.

I own a few restaurants in London and have allways used posh logs. Everything from the customer service, delivery and work they do at my restaurants is outstanding. Friendly , competitive prices and I would highly recommend this company.

Please refrain from purchasing Posh Logs or Birch supplied by The Logman. He has been passing off his business as Decorative Birch Ltd issuing invoices with payment links under our company heading. We have had to deal with a number of customers who have not been able to contact the supplier thinking we were them. The matter is currently being dealt with by our solicitors and we strongly advise not to deal with them via their website or via ebay.

Was brief when messaging but friendly on the phone. Logs arrived but larger and heavier than promised. I could not use them. Replacement logs never arrived despite reminders.
