Absolutely disgraceful, voucher was a gift, order was placed first week of Jan 2022 and still recd nothing by March, no updates and now cannot access website, emails failing as address doesn't exist. Fells like a scam don't waste your hard earned money on this company

I ordered my notebook 3 weeks ago and still not received. I’ve emailed and also tried to call several times, but as yet no response.I am frustrated because this was a gift and annoyed because I have purchased two other notebooks which I am still yet to use.I’m wondering if this company has gone under!!!

Ordered 12 days ago, haven't received my order. Called twice and generally made to feel like a bit of a nuisance for wondering where my stuff is. Not good at all. Why bother building a website if you don't really care if you get any orders?

Mixed experience. I ordered six personalised notebooks last month. They arrived within three working days. I was really pleased with them and ordered a further six notebooks three weeks ago. They haven’t arrived and my email hasn’t been answered. Very disappointing as I’ve missed two birthdays for which I had intended to give the notebooks as gifts. Not great ….

I ordered some journals in December. I haven't received them yet. I contacted the company by phone no answer I sent emails they only responded once.Due to Covid-19 I understand its unprecedented times but at least communicate effectively.

Ordered 3 notebooks via gift cards (total of over £40) and received nothing. Orders were placed in December. The website is now not accessible. I have another 3 gift cards that I purchased last year which will now be worthless. that's over £80 waisted and i still need to get the people another gift. They don't deserve one star.
