We rang James on Friday as the water meter was whizzing round with no apparent water usage and the stop cock was stuck. He came on Monday and identified a leaking loo which he repaired there and then. His bill was very reasonable. He is a very personable guy and an efficient worker who provides a first class service. We would have no hesitation in recommending James to any other potential customer.

James from JSS changed a personal commitment to come and fix a leak in my kitchen on a Friday evening. He took out a cupboard, hunted down the problem and fixed it quickly and expertly. We were in a bind and others would have taken advantage. Really pleasant chap, very reasonable rates and would 100% use again.

James is really top notch and a pleasure to have in our home. He made us feel at ease and carried out his work in a clean efficient professional manner. He conducted himself in a way that a young man should - very respectful of our property . He really does go the extra mile and in my opinion is probably the best tradesman I have ever used. His pricing is also such good value / less than half the price of British Gas and I am definitely always going to call the n James fof all my gas and plumbing jobs in the future, 10 out of 10 James . Credit where credit is due.

We’ve worked with James on a number of projects over the years and more recently have had him work in our own homes doing everything from bathroom installations to boiler services. He really is a lovely chap - friendly, reliable, trustworthy and his work is second to none whilst still offering very competitive rates. Can’t recommend highly enough!

No hesitation in giving this guy 5 stars. James is a hard working friendly guy who got us out of a fix at short notice and now he is our go to for all plumbing and heating issues.We noticed the smell of gas before Christmas and we called out the emergency services who capped off the gas supply. We then really struggled to find a reliable person or company to come out and find where the leak was coming from.James fills you with confidence with his knowledge and skills and soon discovered the leak and resolved the problem for us.Since then he has serviced our boiler and charges reasonably for his time.I highly recommend.

James was fab - we 100% recommend! He came out on three separate occasions as soon as possible to try and fit the job in and get replacement parts for our boiler. He persevered until he found the problem and really made us feel reassured that he was invested to get it sorted when we were without heating. Such a lovely guy too, who was happy to chat and is completely honest and upfront about his very competitive prices. Thank you so much! We would love to use you again if we need to in the future!

We chose JSS plumbing through recommendations and we were not disappointed. James, Sam & Stephen from the start were collaborative and came out a couple of times to get the planning right and they had the willingness to achieve our ideas for a complete bathroom remodel. They turned up when they said and cleaned up as they left everyday. We paid a deposit, midway payment at certain completed stages and a final payment when signed off. An excellent team of professionals and we can’t recommend them highly enough.
