As an agent I make many calls to various different solicitors and other EA professionals. I have never experienced anyone as rude as Imran Ahmed. A simple, professional two minute conversation whereby a specific question was asked regarding a case, was met with a vile outburst and pure arrogance. I am not surprised to see this transaction has not yet gone through. Communication is key in this industry and I think Imran could do with a lesson in people skills and basic human decency. Manners are the cheapest thing in this world and I hope some day you find them.

NEVER GO TO BLOOMSBURY LAW AND NEVER BE JAMIL AHMUD'S CLIENT. I was JAMIL AHMUD'S client and he told me NOT TO GO TO COURT AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENED THE OPPOSITION WON AND I GOT BANKRUPT. THEY CHARGE YOU A LOT OF MONEY AND YOU LOSE THE CASE. JAMIL IS A VERY WEAK SOLICITOR. If I could I would leave no stars.

Please proceed with great caution. We used this company and worked with Imran Ahmad in particular who 'forgot' to change the name of the land registry. Due to his error which according to the SRA, he should lose his license. It has now been three years and nothing has changed. We are now in to process of taking legal action against the firm. Extremely unprofessional. Do not go to these people. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

Conveyancer did not advise on RPI linked ground rent provision when purchased and wrongly informed me about peppercorn ground rent and only corrected this on the day of completion (they blamed on managing agent which was a lie as clearly the lease states the ground rent had never been peppercorn). Now a few years down the line I'm trapped. Can't sell.

I would echo the comments of the other reviewers. Jamil Ahmud of Bloomsbury Law Solicitors is a very unpalatable character.We got sucked into hiring him at his preposterous rates and, like the others, discovered what an unsavoury person he was. An ego and sense of haughtiness which I have NEVER seen in my 60 years on this planet.Extremely unreliable to boot. Never available and seldom returned calls, even though he was charging us an arm and a leg.Stay well clear of Jamil Ahmud - he's an unreliable egomaniac!

Terrible serviceMe Ahmud rude and unpleasant to talk to, didnt care AT ALL, only thing he cared about is taking money.Wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone, unorganised and a mess, i agree with the previous reviews that were made. A very unpleasant character.
