Volcano Falls Xscape Milton Keynes

My partner and I loved this place and had a great time. We took 2 or the 3 courses on but was not to fond of the tropical course, it did not feel like much thought had been put into its design. The jurassic course was really good and will try the 3rd course another time.

This was a fantastic venue to go golfing at, where me and my friend took on the flashy carnival course! The entrance is led to through an outdoor styled walkway, the reception adds to vibes with friendly staff and a good choice of cues with balls are available. Special holes are featured including ball toss, ramps and shooting over drums, score cards are also given to anyone who wants one!

Very enjoyable evening with friends. Our children (aged 10 and 6 had a great time) and we spent a total of nearly 3 hours here.Fun but challenging mini golf with strong food and beverage options available throughout the venue. Would definitely recommend / return!

Great little mini golf course!A great atmosphere the decorations and styling were very cool, loved the lighting and themes of each course.The lady on the bar downstairs was friendly and helpful, explained how it worked to us well which was good and the hot chocolate was great.I feel the rest of the staff could be a little more welcoming or engaging considering how quiet it was, but otherwise a pleasant experience and found the course to be in good condition.We did notice some of the holes numbers or orders didn't match up with the numbering on the scoreboard app.Great little activity for the price but don't expect to be there a very long time it is quick to get round a course.

Excellent crazy golf. Very clean and well thought out design. The holes are a good mix of easy and harder to keep it interesting. Thoroughly recommend the ice cream milkshakes afterwards!

Volcano Falls Adventure Golf! This place is perfect for family fun. The two 18-hole indoor golf courses offer unique challenges, and the fairground course was particularly epic and challenging. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The digital app for scoring via QR code was a convenient feature. Although I didn't eat, the menu looked great. If you're looking for entertaining golf and a bite to eat, this is the place to be!

Had a great time with friends on a Saturday evening. Didnt book a party package but we did 2 rounds of golf with plenty of cocktails and a meal there afterwards.Staff were great! Didnt feel too busy or rushed at all. Music on loud which added to the atmosphere. We did the Coney Island Carnival and the course at the back with the tree. Had a really cracking time.There are little booths to sit in for eating. Food was prompt and yummy. We stayed til closing time. I had been before as a family with kids, but this night time drinking adult outing was great fun.

Me and two friends went here for one afternoon and we loved it! So much fun, also very nice cocktails at the bar... only downside if you wanna split the bill with friends is that they operate entirely cashless, but that didn't stop us from having a fantastic time :)

All the Team where friendly but seemed fairly disengaged.Service on the bar was very slow to make any drink, especially cocktails as the Team don’t know the specs. You could take more money if the Team moved faster and where trained behind a bar better.Watching Team use the till system was painful, it’s very slow to use. Just pay for Zonal.Only had tequila Sierra silver available not a big range. Also I asked for lime but they didn’t have any, which is expected which a shot of tequila.Courses where fun but haven’t been looked after and therefore don’t work correctly. The holes are supposed to light up white all of the time, and then flash green when you get it in. 50% of the holes were completely black with lights not working, and the majority didn’t flash green when getting the ball in which makes the overall experience worse.No QR code ordering system on the tables and also no interaction on sales on the courses. We finished our drinks half way round and would’ve bought extra drinks if asked.The fit-out is great, and it could be soo much better!

Looking back at other reviews, it shouldn't surprise me that we were met with incredible rude customer service. While the lady who initially served us was lovely, our experience tonight was ruined by a younger man with blonde hair. My friend, who had never played crazy golf before, hit the ball slightly hard on the final hole of the beach course and it hit the back board near the bar. The bartender then lectured us how overly aggressive we were being, prolonging the interaction unnecessarily and loudly telling his colleague we were all 'swinging the club's around like baseball bats.'Later the same employee came to tell us that they were closing soon, again in a rude manner, saying we needed to 'hurry up and clear out' despite the fact there were other players there who appeared to be on friendlier terms with the staff.The actual course was good but overall experience was ruined by such poor customer service from one particular employee.
